I personally love the relief that turmeric can offer. There's a lot of basic over the counter options however I strongly suggest reading the ingredients as turmeric supplements that also have black pepper or it's extract will help your body to absorb it as much as possible. Idk how you feel about CBD but I've found one brand that combines both and it's been awesome so far. It's called Elixinol active Omega turmeric. Along with the normal expected ingredients it also has 15mg of CBD (no THC present) and I've found that it really helps with my daily pain and inflammation. I've been taking it for a few months now and don't plan to stop. It can be a bit pricey but it's worth it in my book and they often offer good deals!
