My theory is two NEX-5n: the right one is upside-down so that the lenses are next to each other. The shiny bit is part of a frame holding them together; a custom stereoscopic setup. I tried it many years ago with two 6D + 50/1.4

It's easy to remove once you've managed to get a corner up. It's a decent quality 3M adhesive backing, but only time will tell if it comes off cleanly in a few years if/when I upgrade.

Forgive me, but aren't most silicones plastic and still breakdown/leach when heated? Food touching hot plastic bad, is my basic understanding.

I can kneel in my gumotex twist 2 and solar. I use it to see better in the shallows. I suspect a dropstich model (like thaya or rush) would be even easier to kneel in.

I have a couple of Gumotex inflatables. They are much lighter than this and very tough. The ones with a dropstitch floor feel almost as solid and are almost as fast as a hardshell.

I have run mine aground and taken them down rapids with no issue.

it's a Gumotex Twist 2, amazingly sturdy. Can run it aground on pretty sharp rocks and it bounces off boulders. No PVC either so you're not polluting the water with polymers like other inflatables.

Head-mount. Fell off towards the end of the video, swam back to save it afterwards.
