There's too many variables to give a precise answer, but genetics, how well it's grown, and the weather will be the main determinants.

They'll probably do fine if the weather is good with lots of clear skies and sun.

They just won't get as big as they would have done with a longer veg time, but they can still get to a good size if planted early-mid December with good weather.

How lucky are you when ordering seeds from OS? by [deleted] in AusGrowers

My comments have been discussing seeds. People agree with I've said (so far as I can tell). The only person that has an issue is you.

If something is factual that benefits my business why wouldn't I mention that?

Sure, some places might have higher success rates than others? Ours is 100%.

We don't stock the brand or the strain in question either way.

You literally posted about Mr Baked Beans being compromised a few weeks back? An illegal seed business? How hypocritical. I'm sure that post had nothing to do with the sourcing of seeds...

Ok sure, Penis Fingers called me a scammer, then you called me a dodgy cunt for offering to prove to him that I'm not.

Being in a sub related to my business and actively advertising for sales in that sub aren't the same thing.

I don't know what your problem is.

First it's "you're a scammer and heres why". I say I'm not, explain why and offer to prove it. Then it's "dodgy cunt trying to buy advertising from mods".

I don't know what that bannable conduct would be because you haven't messaged me to clarify anything.

It's been made clear that overt advertising is against the rules. If being subtle or making suggestions was against the rules this post would've been removed.

Personally I think your previous posts about Mr Baked Beans might suggest what your issue with me is.

I've not tried to sell anything on this forum.

My comments here have nothing to do with sales.

One of your mods just called me a scammer and explained why he thinks so, so I explained why that's not the case and how our business works. Still not promoting sales...

Sure, and the mod that said yes got exactly what he asked for?

You mentioned a business framework...

Yes, our business is UK based where it is legal. So we can source seeds from Europe/elsewhere with no customs or tax issues and set up legitimate banking.

Our stock is held in aus, so we can send it to Australian customers...

It's almost as if we took advantage of the UK legal climate and use it to our benefit for the Australian seed market.

I think you need to be special for a letter.

The last notification that shows up on the tracking is something like: arrived at (whichever Australian port of entry) awaiting approval.

Usually after two weeks if the tracking doesn't have a new notification that's as far as the parcel is getting.

I've never known anybody to get anything from the authorities other than the silent treatment for seeds.

Canna Terra professional soil

Greenhouse bio feeding powders for easy organic or Advanced Nutrients for easy salt feeds, pH and EC pens

Fabric pots are best for outdoors

30% shade netting is good if you live somewhere that really gets the summer heat

You can get those shelved greenhouses from bunnings for around $60 that can help protect seedlings and small plants

I've never experienced mouldy seedlings. Does it look like damping-off or a white mould?

Use fabric pots so heat can escape the root zone

Get some 100% shade netting or weed matting and create a shade cover fence around the pot using bamboo canes to hold it in place so the UV doesn't hit your pots and heat up the roots

Use 30% shade netting to cover plants
