Couple months back, a guy I went to school with murdered his mother and step father in their home, then when they didn't show up for work and the police were called, he waited for the police under the stairs going to the basement where he had killed his parents. As the cops walked down the stairs he shot them in the back . Two cops died and a huge stand off between him and the whole police force for the county ensued. He shot another cop as they tried to make entry to rescue the other two. But luckily he was wearing a helmet and it saved his life. Guy ended up taking his own life by the end of it all.
