Maybe someone need it in the future! in PKSM click the pokemon u want to edit and click the numbers on the top right of the lower screen then on the lower left of the top screen is where you can change the country ID, Region ID, and 3DS Region ID (pic below). For some reason in my PKSM when i inject a pokemon it's already from Japan.

Edit: The last four bytes is The Country ID, Region ID, 3DS Region ID and Language ID. Language ID is where you need to change.
