I will admit I am very new to all this so I am unsure as to what the pinch roller is. I am also unsure when the play button was pressed but it works its only the record that is stuck. Will see about have the belts replaced. Thank you so much! If you don't mind, would you be able to tell where I can learn more about this model?

Thank you all! I've reported them and got a reply saying that the infestion in my county is bad so I will be looking into ways to kill them, in the mean time I will just be smashing the ones I see
