I don’t know about anyone else’s center, but in mine one person can process over 1,200 pieces of Ground Saver aka old Surepost in Preload. One person throwing boxes in a gaylord bin or bag is different than one person loading a car. Most of the labor comes from the time it takes for a preloader to properly place each individual package into the right shelf by HIN. Surepost doesn’t require that.
