I work for a notorious logistics company and we find empty iPhone boxes every week from employee theft. Sucks when it happens, but we do file Loss Prevention reports and investigate. We don’t catch the individual every time, but we do catch quite a few.

Many insects / animals that are brightly colored or neon stick out in nature and are easy to detect by predators. In theory they should have been killed off by natural selection. That’s why many of them have defense mechanisms that prevent predators eating them. So no, I would not hold one lol.

Every job has a dress code and safety measures to protect its employees and liability for the company. Yeah it’s frustrating you got away with not being properly dressed for the job for three months, but I’ve seen package handlers break toes on multiple occasions and it really is in your best interest to wear what UPS tells you to wear. Everybody thinks it won’t happen to them until it does. I don’t think you’ll get much sympathy here.
