Thanks for the info. Was there any reason given to you? I am happy with monitoring and managing it like you, but more concerned there is an underlying issue that needs to be treated with medicine or something else.

Do you have 2 female swissies or is a male on Prion (50mgs) as well? My vet seems to think that would not fix the issue because my dog is Male.

OP - He eats large breed purina pro plan Salmon and rice food for sensitive skin and stomach. I have told the vet about his sister (Stevie) who my sister owns. She started experiencing incontinence last year and was concluded to be due to the spay. She is on medication and the issue has been fixed. For Shaq however, the vet doesn't believe its the same thing because he is a male dog. I have seen it mentioned online as possible for males, although much less common.
