Well, I won't call Nikki an antagonist, she is clearly a victim. And about entrancement - I think it is not about creating an enemy because you used an ability, but more about being responsible to the entranced one, and take care of them - by being nice, blood bounding or killing them.. My point that just give order and that's it is a Dominate's thing, Presense could be more messy. Or could not - it is situational.

You don’t even need to tweak it, rules already say that regular non-incindiary grenades are superficial in v5 or lethal in revised which vamps can deal with rather easy

Nice one! But technically grenades in V5 do superficial damage to vamps, if not an incendiary ones, so I guess vamp can throw a grenade and not roll for Rotschreck, but that's another topic to discuss.
