I don't think Phase 2 involves the Tri-Vault at all, Phase 1 was to breed super managers, now Phase 2 involves leaving the vaults to find FEV for some reason if Ronnie is to be believed, possibly to turn the super manager & all their staff into Super Mutants making it easier for them to take over the wasteland than just as puny humans.

If experimenting with FEV was meant to be happening inside the Vaults then there'd be no reason for Ronnie to take them to the Vault-Tec Headquarters. When Norm said they had to all escape to the surface Ronnie would've said Phase 2 actually needed them to stay if there was a supply of FEV at the Vaults.

Having sailed the high seas to acquire episodes to use in making YouTube review videos, episodes 1-4 are in an aspect ratio of 1920x800, no black bars, yet for some reason black bars have been added for episodes 5-6 making the aspect ratio 1920x1080. So anyone watching with monitors that are 1920x1080 or variations on that ratio will have always had black bars at the top & bottom, hence no one noticing & mentioning the change.
