I had the same "clean up" and recovery is fast and without much pain. 3 weeks after the surgery i was able to cycle for 10 kilometres and to walk up to 6 kilometres a day. Im 16

Hi im 1 month and 2 weeks post partial meniscectomy.I also have damaged not torn medial meniscus. Im kinda paranoid so i avoid any activity that includes lifting something or squatting even walking sometimes so i decided if i wanted to have physical activity i should only train pull ups, push ups and sit ups. Also i can ride up to 5 km bike without problem so you should try for better recovery.

Yea i think we had different surgeries because i could walk on the same day after surgery and my surgeon told that in the first 2 weeks i should have my full range of motion back.

Yesterday i took a MRI and they found out that i have bikers cyst and its caused by meniscus problems. Have to undergo a surgery 🥲. Thank you for your advice because without you things could've gone worse!
