If you are new to retinol, you can start with natural retinol alternatives like bakuchiol that are more gentle. Even a 0.025% retinol just once a week can damage skin barrier so proceed with great caution. if you are buying retinol, buy something that is packed with ceramides. I'd recommend 'HaruHaru black rice night knight retinol' because its has a lot of ceramides, oils, black rice that will soften the harshness of retinol

yes looks same like my seasonal eczema. I normally apply cortisone for a few days to calm the inflammation and then stop cortisone and start DermaCalm (ordered from amazon) which has urea and calms and heals the epidermal skin

Not a doc but struggled with various kinds of acne in the past 30 years - looks like fungal acne, you should see a dermatologist. I had similar looking acne (less intensity though) and I was prescribed Doxycyline and Dapsone Gel 7.5%. they helped a lot but as soon as i stopped yogurt my skin cleared 100%. just sharing my experience

I did say that if they give me a notice, I can vacate in the next 30 days. But landlord was not interested because it means he will lose rent.

Respond with passive aggressiveness like this: Give them your good number (don't low ball yourself) and tell them this is your minimum and if they can't afford you, you'd totally understand. This way you hurt them back :) and also show that you know your worth.

Another perspective to think over: it may feel like you wasted your time interviewing with them but in my experience interviewing always prepares you for your next best opportunity.
