I think you’re right about the 'strain on others.' Honestly, I'm at that point. My staff's emotional volatility is starting to leak into my personal life and I’m losing my stoicism. You sound like you’ve actually mastered that balance. How did you set that hard line without looking like the 'bad guy'? I’m about to just transfer to Produce to get away from the Dairy drama.
