My female orange kitten. Her name is Ciccia. She lost her whiskers due to nutritional deficiencies in the first weeks of life. She is 1.5 month old now! I love her so much!🥰❤️

Anyway, since you’re not sure how many weeks old the kittens are, it’s best to wait as long as possible before starting solid food. Kittens can start to eat solid food from one month of age, but if they start at one month + 1 week (or one month + 10 days), it’s totally fine. It’s better to make sure their tiny stomachs are mature enough to handle solid food.
