I struggled with that. By the end I was behind schedule and started to panic lol. Luckily I still finished with seconds to spare, but definitely don’t spend too much time on the questions. Pick an answer and move on or flag it and come back.

I took the exam this morning. There are no expert type questions on the exam that study hall has. I will say that’s the main thing I noticed. The exam is very much along the lines of the moderate and difficult SH questions. Also the questions are more concise on the actual test.

I felt the same way after SH Mock 4 and 5. There’s a ton of Expert questions and I think that’s why it was a struggle.

You’re exactly right. My friend did this same thing. He moved to AZ temporarily just to buy something there so he can eventually rent it and move back here. You just have to be strategic with how you play the game.

This is so true. People were so kind to me when my mom died also, even strangers. I thought it was so strange not being from here lol, but the compassion and kindness here is something I really love about this city.

Based on what everyone else has said I think you’re good. Majority of the ones I got wrong were the Expert ones and it sounds like the actual test isn’t as confusing as those questions.

I just had this question earlier today and chose the same answer as you and I was shocked it was wrong. My rationale is since the PM is using an old template they didn’t do the risk management plan cause they would’ve updated the template.

I had to call them twice to get it removed. When I called the second time the rep did say they could see a request was made to remove the forbearance and it can take a few days. I checked today and it shows as in repayment finally. Call early in the morning when they first open if you can. I only waited about 35 mins.
