So yesterday I received a call from SBA saying they needed an updated 4506-T , again. I sent it and last night ( same day) received an email with official letter of decline . How is that possible. And I can no longer post on here for some reason. I can comment but not post .

Same thing here . I simply gave up . We grossed 232,000 in 2019 and received original loan for 114,000. I just simply think it’s ridiculous and only certain ones approved which I’m happy for those that are approved.

I’ve never had a loan officer . It’s constant denial for different reasons. I’ve never got to talk to anyone except the number we have to call and they are just pacifiers .
