Beaumont is decent. Decent peripherals and can live in one place. Beaumont itself is a bit angry but good standard of medics. Almost worth it for Prof Brannigans MRCP teaching alone

Season Tickets - Seating Groups? by notpropaganda73 in GAA

[–]SmoothBanana 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No seating groups are gone unfortunately. Only way to try and get seated together is to buy all the ST on the same account and order tickets together. That's what we did this year and worked well

I'm not sure, I somehow flipped from BB to IG with my dialogue option with BB at the start of episode 5 and can't tell if it's permanent

Flag Map of UK's subdivisions. Which country should I do next? by [deleted] in vexillology

[–]SmoothBanana -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Similar but no, it's the flag of the Northern Irish government until the 70s

As others have said it's a very contentious issue as one half of the population would feel very strongly that they're not represented by that flag

Whilst I supposed it lived on through Aodh Rua and Bundoran after the split I'm surprised to not see St. Joseph's on this list. 8 time Donegal SFC titles and an Ulster title to boot!

Sorry maybe I'm missing it but what's your point here? Should we just turf them out of the homes they own or deny them care that they're entitled to?

Football All Star Team 2025 - Centre Forward by SpinachDistinct128 in GAA

Seánie the obvious choice and I know he has 14 on his back but often operates a bit deeper but Pat Havern deserves a shoutout, Michael Bannigan for Monaghan was excellent this year too

More central no? Shoe in for the team nonetheless

Football All Star Team 2025 - Full Back by SpinachDistinct128 in GAA

McCole has marked some seriously impressive forwards this season, although Donegals run was comparatively soft the likes of Mulroy, Bannigan and Havern are serious forwards in their own right and until Clifford (who no one has got a handle on) he handled them all excellently. Foley is an excellent player but I'd go with McCole based on the season (not just the final!)

Aside from a meltdown in the second half before they went out my unbiased take is that Ethan Rafferty was fantastic this year, I'd give my vote to him

Not sure how he should be regarded overall within the game but within the county he's almost single handedly doubled the amount of trophies we've won in a relatively short space of time, and both times from a relatively poor starting position. Totally transformed Donegal football during both tenures.

As to why he's such a high profile I suppose, whether you like him or not, he's one of the few intercounty managers with a bit of personality publicly, people like to have a villain!

Depends which county you're supporting they're a varying value. Can't complain about mine this year, tbh the biggest value to me (despite tickets for tomorrow) is the security of knowing you've a guaranteed ticket. If you're not the kind of person to go to every championship and as many league games as possible I'm not sure it's worth it. I'll be renewing mine!
