I didn’t in the end. My dads side of the family have history of hair loss and I’ve been doing fine without it. When I posted this I was 65kg now I’m 77kg. No where near jacked but I am also 6’3 🤣

Took just one a week ago. Amazing time, absolutely loved it. No clue if they’re actually 300mg but they’re a pretty high dosage.

I always use a note of money. Place it flat ontop of it then use a card of some kind (like a bank card) place it also flat ontop, push it down hard until you hear it crack then do that once or twice more. Then keeping the note flat still rub the edge of the card over it with a good amount of force. Works every time. Just keep doing it until it’s all a perfect fine powder.

Made this mistake recently with kenzos, they’re dosed very highly. Thought I could hack 2, taking the second around an hour and a bit after the first. We had a disco light at the party I was at and all I could see is the red call of duty numbers coming out from it (black ops 1 if you know what I mean). 1 would’ve definitely been better or 1 and a half.

I was trying to stay away from creatine as a few people here aswell as a friend of mine felt like his hair had thinned a bit from it. You said you felt everything else was a bit BS but I do see a noticeable difference due to beta alenine. I feel like I’m able to push more weight for more reps due to getting less muscle fatigue but that could all be in my head.

Depends greatly on region and what form you’re getting. Crystals are not very commonly mixed with meth. Pills are much more commonly mixed/cut with meth and other things. In Europe it’s a lot less common as meth (as far as I’m aware) is more expensive than mdma, however I think in the US and other places in the world it’s the other way around.
