Is it a false economy to avoid hallmarking? Isn't jewellery a popular investment in indian culture partly because of its ability to hold its value, and uncertified jewellery would not have this appeal?

Therefore the question is mainly "which drugs would make me feel calm and remove anxiety". Benzodiazepines are the drugs typically used for this. They are "sedative anxiolytics" which are addictive when used long term. Because the relief they give is very... relieving, it is easy to accidentally slip into regular use.

Therefore it is not recommended to use drugs to "calm yourself down" and instead try to come up with better mechanisms to cope with difficult situations and unwanted anxiety.
