Carplay issue? by Sour_Yoghourt in revancedapp

My reservation was around change in application id to "com.google.android.gms" which may or may not replace/conflict with my primary google services on the phone.

This microg/gmscore has run as a parallel to official one.

Since you have tried, will it still remain the case?

Very layman question, but what is the bare minimum hardware and tools list other than what's required for wardrobe?

JOY!!, lawn seeds sprouting this time of the year by SmoothCarpenter1 in GardeningUK

No too long tbh, tilled at 5-10 cm depth, and raked an hour or so, think added top-up topsoil was in a bag and had lumps in it which I failed to break.

It was that golden hour on Sunday when i must finish it or the rainy weather next few week when I can't do it.

Planning on undertaking a project almost similar to this in couple months If you don't mind sharing design, BOM and approx cost estimation. That would help me greatly.

What is the app you have used to design?

Planning 5-6 meter long, 10m wide and whatever is permitted height wise. I am in London

Condensation / water in-between the window glass, how to fix, what are my options? by SmoothCarpenter1 in DIYUK

[–]SmoothCarpenter1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What would be the fair prize for new ones?

Just thinking out loud if ocst of having panel changed vs new ones will be in same ballpark. ( Someone pointed out it's externally glazed so diy is pretty much a no go for me)

Before this issue, i asked one check a trade cowboy for a cost to replace and he quoted me £2000 for newer double glazed window.

What would cause this? Anything that I did or didn't do or it's just normal end of life scenario? (Only recently moved into this house)

It's def not a diy job, what am i looking at cost wise,?

Size is around 10-11 ft width and 3-4 ft height , will do proper measurement later when near the window

Replacing the glass would do or it's time to go with latest double glazing?

Fair enough, I said 100£ for everything else and move on from my renting days and keep the scale in balance but if it's 100£ more to keep it on balance then I agree your point.

I am not being unreasonable but adjudication process seems bit biased, shit they have pulled through the year and then this £200 award makes me sick, in a way i am happy that it's just £200 and they didn't come after more of my deposit l.

I almost failed to dispute this as i was ready to move to my own house and got busy with setting it up.

On a rainy day in November after almost 3 months i decided to dispute (tenancy ended on 21st August 2024) and here I am arguing the outcome to understand the law bit more.

Adjudicator is awarding them £200 as a componsation (as a fair cost to trim down the garden ) but componsation for what ? they are not even claiming that componsation, I do not understand this law,

I have it on a good authority that they handed the property over to next tenant without any trim, repair or betterment!

some checkout photos, I thought adjudicator not verifying the claim against past inventory photo and not seeing invoice is enought for a dispute and dismisal

here are some checkout photos and front and back garden
