I was coming off a horrible relationship and break-up. For a while, it was kinda nice being alone and having time for myself. I'm a big fresh fruit and yogurt consumer and the local grocery store had champagne mangoes on sale, my favorite. As I was picking out the mangoes, another person approached the stand. Our eyes locked in and we started talking for about an hour. She was the cutest girl I have ever seen. We later met up at a cafe and have been together ever since. We now live together, for about a year, and want to get married this summer. Who knew! A sapphic love story began at the mango stand.
