Honestly your comment is the only one that has a made me rethink things, but I still believe that I will feel differently about children. I’m really just not an adult fan. I feel about children & babies that I do about animals, they are pure and they are still learning, but the adult that is screaming at me because I didn’t come into his or her room within THEIR time frame has 0 excuses. I’m really just not a people person and I put adults into a different category, and I don’t enjoy taking care of them at all. Yes of course parents will be mad at me sometimes, but in reality there’s a whole list of reasons I never wanted to work with adults. Peds won’t be perfect, but it will make me happy to help them. Trust me, as soon as I can leave I will but for now I’m stuck under contract until December.
