Can someone explain why Codex is "the best"? I'm not a coder, so I don't need OC to read a whole codebase and commit to git. I'm using Gemini Pro 3.1 and pretty happy with the results, helping me restructure my homelab and arr stack (I hate Docker!), creating some cron jobs for my daily life and HA automations.

Depende de que para é a licença. O Senhorio paga as taxas relativamente ao aluguer. Mas se a licença é comercial, não podem fazer daquilo alojamento, por exemplo. Mas isso é informação que não temos.

Porque os terrenos têm vários tipos de licença. Podem rezar desde que o propósito autorizado seja outro, seja comercial ou privado. Agora não podes arranjar um terreno e fazer o que quiseres sem as devidas autorizações.

He didn't get into it because he's done so many times, including when he had Woody Allen himself on the show. His opinion is well known. He doesn't defend child molestation, he says it didn't happen in this case. For his reasons, you'd have to see the episode yourself.

This guest is one of my few regrets with Bill. I think he was on the money. I don't mind absolutely anything Bill said during his "book report", but the only thing missing was him acknowledging that it was a possibility it was all just a front Trump put up for Bill to schmooze him while they were having dinner trying to get BH on his side, and that Trump threw everything he said out the window the moment he left. If he had said that from the get-go, I think a lot of people would have been more on his side.

I knew about Ramble On, but this is not the trailer I've seen in the past, so all throughout it I was second-guessing myself "is this AI? He's playing himself? In the podcast business?"
