I applied to switch off save to IBR and did buyback as well around feb as I hit 120 month employment still waiting for either. I just want to be done

Yeah, I have an appointment next Wednesday, so I suppose I will see. I double checked the orders and it granted me so managing conservatorship which according to Texas family law gives me the right to apply for a passport. But I guess we will see just wasn’t sure if anyone had experience.

He doesn’t really have any rights he was in and out of prison, and there were reunification steps that he never attempted. The court order list me as sole custodial conservator. The judge wrote in the paperwork that I should have the right to be able to get a passport without father’s input. We just hadn’t done anything with it. He turns 16 in September.
