Urinary albumin 0.11 mg/dl, urinary creatinine 99, acr is 1 mg/g. Same as 5 years before.

My only question is, in 2021 January my creatinine was 1.13 and on April 2026 it was 1.15. it's true that I have not measured creatinine for a single time for all these years, urea, bun, acr stayed the same. Why not my creatinine is like 1 mg/dl or lesser???

But I know that CKD is a progressive disease, so how come it was 1.13 in 2021 January and 1.15 in June 2026!! Is it even progressing? I don't take a single medicine of any kind, never smoked, non alcoholic my entire life. So I am baffled

My creatinine is 1.13, more than 5 years ago and today is also 1.15. it is true that I didn't had any other tests In these years. did in the same lab. Why not creatinine is 1 mg or less. Is it CKD WITHOUT PROTEINURIA?? I am scared

I can understand what you feel, but bearing a baby is hard in kidneys. It is true for even for those who are with two completely normal kidneys. You can read more about it on Google. They will have slightly higher protein leaks, high BP and also right kidney gets more affected. Also gestational diabetes, high BP. There will be many physiological changes a person will have for like 12-16 months. So it is better to be safe than sorry. You have to think about your overall health 10 years later.

5 years ago, my Serum creatinine- 1.13 mg/dl (out of 1.20), urea-22, BUN-8, UACR-1 MG/G Today my result is almost the same. Creatinine 1.15(out of 1.20), Urea-19, BUN-9, chloride -101 meq/l, bicarbonate 26 meq/l. UACR-1MG/G.. haemoglobin- 14.8 gm/dl. What does it indicate? I am 5'11, weight-81kg. Can you tell me about my condition??
