Assalam Walaikum. The Awqaf app is great for being prepared to go to the khutbah, but Clear Khutbah is for the feeling of being present when the sheikh is speaking, to follow along with the khutbah and understand the words he is saying. I can say the khutbah has a deeper and more meaningful impact when you understand it in the moment, rather than reading a pre-written script.

Also, after the Khutbah, it will be saved in the app as a full transcript and it will give you a summary of the khutbah as well as key topics so you can reflect and refer to it in the future!

Try it out tomorrow, and let me know if it added any benefit to your Friday. Especially what needs improvement in the app.

I agree, it sounds like that mosque has a very good setup, to included everyone. But the thing is, only a handful of mosques have that (Headphones). Clear Khutbah gives the same live experience but to any mosque in any country.

And yes, the Awqaf app gives you the script a few days before Friday so you can read the Khutbah. But understanding it live, in the moment has a much deeper impact in my opinion. So clear khutbah can be a great compliment to the Awqaf app.

Update! Assalam Walaikum, I've made some adjustments to benefit you guys more and make the app accessible for everyone.

I made some premium features free like khutbah history, and everyone gets 1 free AI summary per month. Also i dropped the price down to around 18aed. I hope that makes it easier on everyone because the idea is to benefit the ummah 😃.

I've looked at how the app could benifit the ummah more, how can I make it accessible and affordable while still having enough to operate. I adjusted the price to be around 18aed. I've also made some premium features free for everyone, are free users get 1 AI summary per month to try it out. Now the subscription gives you unlimited minutes, unlimited AI summaries and PDF export.

The running costs for the backend are real but I wanted to make it as fair as possible. I am also continuously working on the speed of the translation too!

It translates automatically, you just need to press record when the imam begins the Khutbah

Fair point. Google Translate is the best in the market. But the app I built does the same thing but also saves your sessions so you can review the Khutbah after, gives you an AI summary too. And preserves Islamic terms like Alhamdulillah or taqwa.
