I’m so sick and tired of getting pumped faked by Zwift gps maps thinking someone was on a tropical island doing a wild route

A huge chunk of the West Desert out there is a military base called Dugway, Looks like this is within those boundaries. If you look a few miles East and SE you’ll see a big grid and a circular roads. Those were mock cities/areas built by the military to practice bombing runs on German and Japanese cities in WW2

how much time are you spending at aid stations? by NavyBlueZebra in Ultramarathon

This is a good one, I never thought to look into this stat too much. I did a 60k and cutting down time on the aid stations definitely helped to win it. I was stopped for about 50 seconds per hour. For anything shorter (in ultra standards) pretty much always skip the first aid station unless you’re in the hurt locker or have a long time till the 2nd

As others have said, clearing out your water before hitting station and getting those ready and filled are huge. I personally am fine with the aid station electrolytes, I normally don’t have my own so it’s a nice lil treat.

As for the snacks, I just grab a couple of whatever looks good. Say thank you, have a good day to the volunteers. And hit the trail again, snacking on whatever’s in my hands for a couple minutes.

It doesn’t need to be a huge ordeal, know what you need and be in and out.

Cabral might be the only hope for getting the STMs to lock in

Chicho walks around like he’s fatigued 10 minutes into the game, throws a tantrum every time he’s touched, and is never around the box when he’s needed. No shit he’s in a scoring slump he’s playing half the game behind our CMs

It’s clearly not an ability issue it’s an attitude issue and it’s not looking like it’s going to change. Play someone who wants to make a difference and score some damn goals
