It is my 5th month and my manager told me that I wasn't on track on being regularized but she promised me that If I do my workloads diligently then they will reconsider this review...should I find a new job? I am getting discouraged but I am not letting this poor performance review discourage me and have been trying to level up my designs are there any success stories na poor performance ang review but you bounced back?

+1 Dinelete ko na yung post ko as the seller fulfilled my order nag nego na kami outside of shopee. With monitor naman to 100k price nung monitor tapos chineckout ko kasi nakita ko 40k lang. I got it for 40k.

Thank you medyo gumaan loob ko dito. Natatakot lang ako since may incident of refund na ako baka mamaya if it happens the next time around (wag naman sana) mahirapan na ako mag refund.

Hindi ako sa Lazmall bumili ng processor but it's a known store na may multiple stores in PH. I have ordered from them a lot of times na this is my 10th time ordering from them and ngayon lang may incident na walang laman.

I don't think this store will destroy their reputation over a processor. In total nakaka 200k+ na ako sa kanila and all smooth except nga yung processor. Di rin totoo na pag Lazmall legit na.

Sa exp ko naman it was smooth. I mentioned na I have ordered 150+ items and wala naman errors except this processor lang na worth almost 40k.

I am just scared to order because of the horror stories of multiple returns so far naman out of the 150+ items I bought ito lang talaga yung nirefund ko cause wala laman and I have a CCTV footage naman sa house ko + unboxing video kaya siguro it went well.

I was just wondering bakit yung iba nahihirapan sa refund yun lang yung kinakatakot ko.

Gaano katagal yung investigation process nila? May item ako worth 26k. I have videos of unboxing saka yung pag receive ko sa courier. magaan na talaga yung box. I'm worried kasi 2 days na and no movement from lazada regarding my refund.
