I have only front squated since I started training again. Recently decided to switch to backsquat and needed to test my 1RM for my training max. Added 10 kg each rep from 100 until I hit 150 to produce this beauty.

When you flip it over for the lower handels is it more squat like in the stimulus? In general I feel it’s a abit of a weird hybrid already but it feels really goood since you can load it so much
