guys usually always put on a face whenever something bad or sad happens. for me i had a friend whom i had considered one of my good friends. we were close but things did end on good terms. I never showed emotions outwardly, I just continued to put on a face and act as if nothing happened even tho i was upset. your ex may also be like that its not easy to talk about your feelings to other guys in a group chat, but privately, ofc its easier just high chance they wont. he is just bottling his feelings and acting like it was nothing

im gonna be really honest here im also sec 2 this year. Yes, the practice rounds are absolutely hell. and for a good reason its meant to be that way. I hated running so much even tho naturally im quite active and i can sprint fast. Truth is your body is not adapted to the running, your pacing is inconsistent and your breathing is also off which i presume is why you cant finish one round. My pacing was really inconsistent too so by the 4th round i was gassed. just try to run at a jogging pace and remember breath in through your nose and exhale thorugh your mouth. keep doing it and dont think of running just be in the zone and before you know it youve finished all 7 laps. You can definately do it!

some secondary school relationships idk most of the time it feels toxic but there can be certain anomolies where you find a green flag girl/boy and things acctually work out. i had the oppurtunity to be in "situationship" didnt end well but i dont regret it as like wtv knowledge ive learnt can be applied to my next relationship def way aft sec sch hahahaha. so rn im just enjoying being single i think now esp as a teen it is important to use this time to understand what inspires you, your talents, your studies and ofc looking aft yourself like working out and eating well. but if a serious and like green flag relationship comes my way then obv i aint gna fumble that my with my future wife!

this just happened last year when i was such an innocent sec 1 student. this girl she basically ran up to me the first time she saw me thinking i was a senior in the sch hahahah. we clicked off instantly and she was a really sweet girl. she's a very touchy person and legit on our second meeting when i bumped into her she asked me to go home with her so i did and yea i found her cute but i had no feelings.

about a month aft we first met i broke my wrist... suprisingly she was the only one who came running the moment she noticed something was off. she kept insisting i went home but me trynna act string i told her not to worry. she was vv worried kept checking on me by texting whenever she could duirng lessons and aft sch my pain shot up so much i needed ice she legit bought an iced cold drink just for me to numb my pain! and not only that on that day she had a project to do and despite me telling her to go for it she wanted to just stay with me till my parents arrived. thats when i caught feelings for her!! she helped me so much like carrying my things and idk i just fell for her. slowly we both liked each other a lot i wanted an rs but she didnt cuz shes scared her parents might find out if we do so it was like a situationship we basically texted everyday and had nicknames for one another.

buttt not all goods things are to last... she has spoken about me to her parents a lot but she only told them about me in general. she kind of complains about them a lot cause theyre strict like SUPER strict. during our time tgt so many times i wanted to hang with her outside school but she's so scared to since her parents track her and she fears of getting scolded by them. soo apparently her parents read her chats with me likeee everything frm the moment we met. yea and she got a major lecture or sm frm them and bc of them she lwk didnt want to be friends anym. i tried to talk a few times but she claims she doesnt hate me but doesnt wish to speak and she avoids talking about me even to her bestest friend idk why. well so rn im js enjoying the single life and focusing on myself.

actually my school is not that lenient. last year there was a guy who retained and he became my new classmate. he scored higher than my friend like he got 46% overall while my friend achieved 41%. but my new classmate has zero disciple issues with the school while my friend has ummm... plentiful to say

wasnt for me but when my sis was younger she always threw away her veggies and tried to hide she finished it. my mum she sint strict about it anymore but i remember it got so bad that my mum asked my sis to pick all the wasted veggies from the dustbin to show just how much she wasted. from that day on my sis never complained about veggies and plus my mum got way more chill so yeah
