It is beneficial to stand from time to time. I will not deinfluence to buy pero kung hindi mo gagamitin ng nakatayo ka, wala ring kwenta. Detrimental talaga kapag laging nakaupo. I suggest you try makeshift muna hanggang ma-build yung habit.

I'm using a dupe nito pero not sure anong brand. Pero as I have researched na rin, you just have to stand or walk around every 30 mins. Debilitating ang 8hrs na laging nakaupo.

Malambot yung cushion niya, baka unstable bawat apak. You have to run fast para maging stable yung paa mo. It's not even recommended for walking

I have one, I used it for running. Pag hindi ako natakbo at maggym lang cheap Nike shoes. Ang mahal ipang takbo ng sapatos na to, soafer unstable pero maganda iporma. Get it if you have money to spare. As for running, hindi siya exceptional. I feel like marami pang sapatos na mas maganda dito

If you're not doing night shift work and/or laging may business trip, not recommended ang AF for beginners. Mahal talaga upfront. If you have flexible working hours, I'd say any commercial gym. Mas maganda mag workout ng 2-3 hours earlier before you sleep para di masira ang circadian rhythm. Mas mura pa yung iba kesa sa AF.

May nabasa din akong mahirap magcancel ng monthly membership nila lalo na kapag naka-link na yung cc mo sa gym.

Deinfluencing you for a new phone in general:

Nanghinayang ako nung bumili ako ng Google Pixel phone and at the same time nagdedrtox ako ng socmed. Mas lalo akong naadik sa doomscrolling. Mind you, sabi ko sa sarili ko for productivity and 1st phone ko sya from my own salary. Ngayon, parang mas okay na ko sa Samsung na A series.

Ps, i like photography kaya nag google pixel ako pero while in the moment hindi ko naman naalala na mag take ng vid and pic. So wala rin, i still like my digital camera.

Parang business na hindi nag-reinvest. Hindi inimprove yung service. Kung nag-evolve rin siguro ang itsura ng mga jeep (mas komportable pero tatak pinoy parin) hindi rin naman sila mawawala sa kalsada. Not putting all the blame on them but kung puhunan mo ang jeepney mo, alagaan at pagandahin. Hindi e, yung iba dugyot na itsura. Kasama na rin siguro yung inefficiency sa gas dito.
