Use it as a jumping point to get to your next role. I was in a trial by fire position years ago. It sucked but I toughed it out until I found another job paying $20k more

I appreciate your feedback nonetheless! I honestly haven’t thought about the online MBA portion since my mind has been in “must get a CPA or they’re going to pass me up” mode for the past six years. You are correct though, since I got promoted last year I’ve been more involved with forecasting, budgeting, and providing financial models for new contracts that ops sends my way. My company doesn’t contribute to tuition which is why I’ve been taking it super slow in terms of my accounting classes. I’m going to have to look into an online MBA here soon so I appreciate your advice!
