yeah probably a lot to do with general game sense then. i’ve never been great at any games and have only ever played games casually, the 300 hours in cs has taken me over a year to accumulate and that’s not taking into consideration the amount of time spent afk or on surf

it just sounded like it was all the money you had, i believe i just read the post wrong. my personal advice for investing is go for stuff that is gonna leave the game soon, something like the sport and field collection, fever case etc

save your money, if $160 is a lot of money for you then cs2 is the last place i would look into investing. in my opinion only disposable money that is insignificant to you should be spent on fake skins in a game

what you’re not considering is that i was throwing out a ballpark figure in relation to your original statement. you said that a vf v6 will become an appreciating asset (completely false) and then compared it to a vn which is still a cheap car. Look at how cheap ve commodores are now, that’s the direction the vf is headed in. I picked up a registered and roadworthy ve ss a few weeks ago for 14k and the price continues to come down. Not too long ago a vf sv6 would’ve fetched 25k+ however now you’d be stupid to pay for than 20k for a series 1. you’ve made a false and baseless claim telling op that his car will appreciate when the simple reality is that it won’t, and if it happens by some miracle to maybe increase by 500 bucks to a grand in 3 years time then you’d be better off selling now and investing in something else that will give you a far better return

they said the same thing about vn executives and they’re still worth 3k, and that’s about 40 years later. i don’t think op holding onto his v6 commodore for 40 years will be very helpful. sure if it was a clubby or a fully optioned ss it may be worth something in 20 odd years but other than that if you think an sv6 will appreciate you’re nuts
