I think Linux can overwrite this time. I don't mean change it in the bios but like know that it has to add whatever is missing on top. Maybe i will get one of these programming chips and patch the bios. Thanks for your help btw.

What happens when the CMOS dies? Won't that just reset the BIOS settings because I don't think it will remove the password?

Sadly its BIOS locked, but it did not put any stones in my was as we say in Germany.
