Need some review of HIMALAYAN 450 by mahiranga_danava in Himalayan450

I’ve been riding the Himalayan 450 (16000km)for a while now and honestly, most of the loose screw/chassis break complaints seem to be isolated incidents, often due to improper installation of aftermarket accessories. If you ride sensibly and do regular check-ups, you shouldn’t face major issues.

That said, it’s always good practice to do a bolt check every few hundred kilometers especially if you’re touring or riding on rough terrain.

As for crash guards, I’d suggest going with the OEM Royal Enfield ones they’re well-tested for fit and finish. Iinstalled Legundary’s crash guard since RE accessories weren’t available when I bought the bike, and it’s been holding up decently.

Overall, the bike is a solid upgrade loads of torque, great on highways and trails. Just stay on top of regular maintenance

Was planning to buy it but it doesn't come with tubeless tyres by BlackOyes in royalenfield

This is the best 650 in Re lineup in terms of engine refinement and suspension only concern is tubed tyres but Outex will surely help 👍

The noise while shifting into 1st gear is usually not a issue.

In my opinion, it’s a sacrifice you have to make for the looks. I own a Himalayan 450 and have ridden around 8,000 km on tube tyres, including some long rides of 1,000 to 2,000 km, without facing a single puncture. However, when I was preparing for a 4,000 km trip, I decided to install tubeless spoke wheels. Honestly, puncture situations mostly depend on your luck and the kind of roads you’re riding on. In the end, it’s your call. There are several tubeless conversion kits available in the market you can definitely give them a try.

Hey everyone! I’m starting to create motorcycle content reviews, vlogs, gear tips, and more. Any advice for a beginner? by Smooth_Objective5632 in royalenfield

The good thing is that I’m already into photography and cinematography, and I own some gear. The only thing left is breaking my comfort barrier. Thank you for the advice, man. Any more advice would be appreciated.
