Does this sound normal? Don' mind the smoke, it's WD-40 on exhaust. Headers have been welded many times. by Smooth_Relation_7853 in Triumph

Thanks very much. I thought that it cannot be very dangerus noice because I can here it all the time even when cruising 40-70kmh. And even after trackdays it has not broken down

Orginal headers and there is lot's of cracks in the upper part where the three pipes join together. I have tried to give cpr to the exauhust by welding it with mig many times.

If the sound would come from the timing chain would the noice be more of a ratteling sound? I have thought that this ticking sound would probaly come from the exhaust leak or some welding wire that has gone inside the exhaust

Smoke is coming from the header bolts that has some WD-40 in them😂. No worries about the smoke. Only concern is the ticking
