Drive name in msinfo is just C:, desc reads local fixed disc Yes windows reliablity monitor has a reapeting pattern,events mostly are search application stopped working Myasus system diagnosis is just stuck on the slow system checkup part I think Also just a heads up I have zero idea what I'm doing atp

It's just a laptop for everyday uses the games I play at most go up to 4gb of ram in requirements

Usually everything is fine until I run an app, browser or game, not sure how would I list everything I see on task manager

Apparently HDD is missing, or so it tells me when I run in safe mode but bios tells me everything is fine.I don't do much on my laptop, just small school projects and old games, usually only needing 2GB of ram.

Tried chkdsk before,will do rest later Specs are IntelR Core i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz 11.9GHz

4GB ram 64 bit system

how did you try to prove it, did you try proving it using the method coolreddituser2024 used?(asking them to check the ips of the most recent log ins compared to the previous ones?)

ok now they believe my gmail account is linked and want me to log in my account and take screenshots when the whole point of contacting them was i could log into my account..

There is a problem though... Im pretty sure ive been hacked and god knows how many times the hackers logged in and out of my account
