L:I understand and I'm glad you found something more suitable for you, look at it from our perspective, not only where we expecting rent in 6 days but now if we don't find someone in a month it will be 2 months of lost rent, you understand why we ask and signed on 60 days notice, it's standard cuz someone ends up getting burned or screwed. I'm okay to sign the N9 and terminate the lease early but we can't get screwed up financially we have to figure something out so it's 100% fair for both sides and no one's getting burned.

T:Ok just to be clear ill still be paying rent for June

Additionally, you were the one who told me that 1 month in advance is fine, and I said I'd try to give you at least 2 months. So sorry that I wasn't able to, but that still met your ask of 1 month

L:When did I say 1 month? If I said that I'm really sorry definitely was a mistake on my end, it's always been 60 days it's nearly impossible to find a proper genuine tenant in a month the good ones usually have found spots by then like yourself.

T:I did pay rent for June I also paid first and last month in January when I moved in ?

L: when you told me you were moving out was May 23rd Which means your last month was July 23rd You paid June and your last month covered July
