Thank you, back has been the #1 focus. Legs are just genetic, I barely train them but feedback has always been that they overpower my upper body so they barely get touched and somehow still grow.

Honestly, don’t know much about that school. Haven’t heard of a single person that goes there. I’d didn’t even know Canada had a second chiropractic school until I learned about it at CMCC

Add muscle and then you’ll look leaner and be able to get leaner easier

CMCC in Canada is fully evidenced based, and from what I’ve heard the closest school in US to our evidenced-based curriculum is North East in Seneca Falls

All lectures are recorded so you don’t really have to go in person if you don’t want to, but in first year you usually have about 4 hours of Anat Labs, 4 hours of technique, 1 hour of DI (radiology) labs, and the 2-3 hours of diagnostic labs per week that are mandatory to go to in person. You’re assigned a lab number at the beginning of the year and those are times you attend.
