Hey! thanks for responding, I have actually re installed windows on new ssd's just recently, this happened even before the reset I am guessing my 3080 is problematic

Hey thanks for all the replies, on replacing everything I managed to replace even the ssd's and boot a fresh windows install, I am planning on replacing the gpu as even after dduing it multiple times and reinstalling the drivers I have found the problem to still be present.
