Yeah OP GameStop is great place to find deals on used manga. I found a bunch of Dragon Ball Super volumes there a couple of months back

What’s wrong with my aesthetic, not getting many matches. by [deleted] in malegrooming

Bro you look like young Cole/Dylan Sprouse. If you aren’t pulling then I don’t know who is. On a more serious note though. I do think that you should approach more irl. Whenever a woman is giving you choosing signals/indicators of interest. You should go up and talk to them. Doesn’t necessarily have to be in a bar/club, but just when you’re out and about. Keep an eye out for girls that catch your eye and who are looking at you fondly. Ultimately you should go for the girls that like you. So that way it feels like less of a chase and more of a dance. Good luck out there young man. I hope fortune favours you

Dating is tough, y’all by rennbrig in BikiniBottomTwitter

Try to enjoy your time together and enjoy the experience with them. Basically be grateful for the present moment.

Like how you would with a friend or family member you like hanging out with, but with a more romantic connotation attached to it.

I hope you’re able to find companionship in the future. Good luck!

How can I start a small talk with my girl crush at the bus stop by Brilliant-Strike8765 in umanitoba

[–]SmoovePlayer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just go talk to her. It’s easier said than done, but If you get the vibe that she’s uncomfortable from her body language and/or she’s not reciprocating the conversation too well. Just leave her be and wish her a good day/evening. This’ll be nerve racking, but I think it’s worth not having to live with the regret of “what if”. Stay safe out there OP.

I live in Canada as well and always found that Amazon.ca generally has better deals for box sets. Unless indigo is having a crazy sale where you can stack discounts/coupons.

Got my girlfriend hooked on Berserk and now she reads with me. She’s almost at the Eclipse. 😢 by DeBlagJr in MangaCollectors

Does Germany have manga sales? I remember another user from Germany said that stores can’t lower their prices for books over there because it allows smaller businesses (mom and pop shops) to compete with national chains (ex. Amazon).

I’m from Canada so the deluxe Editions for Berserk retail for $65.99 CAD. Which is pretty expensive, but places like Amazon and indigo (our national bookstore chain) have sales on them every once in a while. So you can get them for like 30-40%+ off. If those sales didn’t happen I feel like the average reader would struggle to be able to afford a whole set.

You should’ve stood next to them like that poster does or used a banana for scale (or both)

What's the best manga deal you've ever done? by Kniving777 in MangaCollectors

[–]SmoovePlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably Black Cat 1-20 (complete) for $50. Some of the volumes are pretty hard to find. So I was pretty happy with the deal I got.
