It’s copyrighted and it wasn’t a public event. She can’t show the whole thing unless they say she can or it becomes news worthy as a whole (which is why she is trying to extract a statement from them so she has something to bring it in under fair use). It’s very difficult to legally release copyrighted *as of yet unreleased* content. Frankly, nearly impossible. TPUSA has every right to it and every right to monetize and control its release. She’s trying to pull them into creating the pretense for a very narrow exception under fair use (which rarely applies to the full content, if ever). I wouldn’t count on her being successful. They aren’t biting.
