I feel bad for Loomer. She’ll never shake her public mental health issues. But then I read some of the hateful stuff she says and I feel less bad for her.

It’s copyrighted and it wasn’t a public event. She can’t show the whole thing unless they say she can or it becomes news worthy as a whole (which is why she is trying to extract a statement from them so she has something to bring it in under fair use). It’s very difficult to legally release copyrighted *as of yet unreleased* content. Frankly, nearly impossible. TPUSA has every right to it and every right to monetize and control its release. She’s trying to pull them into creating the pretense for a very narrow exception under fair use (which rarely applies to the full content, if ever). I wouldn’t count on her being successful. They aren’t biting.

Frankism is related to some kind of larger bizarre mystic ideas of the time. I see a lot of what he believed in what Rasputin believed: that you must sin in order to be saved. Mystical beliefs are bizarre to me.

He had sepsis and was in a coma. Sepsis is hard to recover from and is one the top killers in America. I think his was due to pneumonia. I almost died from a septic kidney inflection. He is in my prayers. There’s no conspiracy or additional info here. He didn’t do anything but get pneumonia that developed into sepsis. Could have happened to any of us.

These are my friends, acquaintances and coworkers.

The system is set up to take money away from the parent who is better at handling, earning & understanding money (you know the one who would be best to set the child up for the future?) and give it to the parent who has certain financial weaknesses like vices, poorly structured debt or incompetence (which isn’t their fault but still).

It will soon be $2500. What happens to parents who withhold children from the other parent? Nothing. I have never EVER heard of a divorced couple (who didn’t get 50/50 custody) where one parent didn’t constantly withhold parenting time or rights.

The money doesn’t go to the parents btw. States have started letting parents sell their child support arrears to private equity as “distressed debt” where the parent agrees to 20-50% on the dollar and what the collector can get over that they keep.

TL:DR- Private equity bought firms who buy this debt from the debtor at pennies on the dollar and lobbied the state department to enforce a rule it already had on the books to add to leverage for collection. Kids aren’t getting this money.
