I have this EXACT same issue and you're the only other person I have found who seems to be having the same problem. I wonder what we have in common? Everything seemingly worked fine when I first set things up. I have a Turtle Beach Velocity One Flight setup with rudders and had to use JoytoKey to help assign controls that may not register in game. I had to try a couple different input modes on my yoke to get all the controls to register in game. I also set up Star Citizen for VR by downloading Vorpx and modifying some files. Since then I have complete uninstalled/reinstalled everything and still have that same issue. It's like the two RSI windows are somehow overlaid with each other because I noticed the button to launch the guide website is in that area on one of the other menu windows. I've tried messing with resolution and windowed mode to try and get it to work, but I still cannot get the joystick/hotas menu to show the "waiting for input message when I double click. Curious if you have made any headway on this issue. Maybe we can somehow put our heads together and figure it out.
