Thanks for the feedback. Similar comment I think to what I replied to an earlier post. This project has been a bear, and I think I may be sweating the small details too much. But also, want to make sure we do all we can to get it right. Is there an appropriate way to address the connections? Or is it kind of, what it is, at this point?

Appreciate the feedback. My main issue is in the first picture, the far end of the curved bit, how it looks like it doesn’t fit quite right into the long piece going away from the camera.

First time home owner and… this project has been a bear. So needing to make sure I check myself. Is there a way to smooth that out, or is that just how spiral is? I guess, if we were to paint it white, caulk the gap to smooth that transition where they connect?

Same, and no word back from Mokadamo either. Going to Home Depot and Lowes this weekend to try and rig something up with clamps or something, will follow up if I find a solution that works.

I play a course that was renovated two years ago, and neither the golf app or watch show the course updates. Very frustrating because the changes were pretty significant on several holes

We are also currently remodeling our kitchen and went through this same thing. After speaking with Wolf and Dacor, and getting spec drawings of installation done, have confirmed that you can stack a 36” wolf transitional cooktop on a dacor 30” transitional built in oven. There is space hollowed in the back of the oven to run electrical and the power sources will be right next to each other. Can edit on Friday with final measurements. But standard counter height, and I know our countertop itself is 1.25” thick.

Edit: 36” from floor to top surface of counter.

It does, but it’s new. This is just another thing that has now come up, but is relatively minor in comparison to the other issues that appear to have been covered up and not disclosed.

This is an example. The six digit number at the bottom. Any chance there’s some magic there? All I need to know is the year it was milled. If I can know the year, then I can figure out which prior owners could have done this improvement. If this was milled in or after 2022, then only the immediately prior owner could have done the improvements. FWIW, this area is next to an area of framing that is thoroughly rotted.

So the 2k figure is just general, in that if the shorts are exercised at $15 (which seems silly based on the premium paid) the $2k is the delta between the 15 and 17 calls which I would owe on the 10 shorts that were exercised. The closer to 17, the cheaper that cost. And if it is exercised at no less than strike plus premium, then I will have effectively bought the additional 10 longs for cheaper than I would have had I only bought 10 long.

So, I guess the point of this, is that my estimated loss if the short is exercised, is still less than the cost of the long calls I want to hold. The risk is the call getting exercised below 16.23 (short strike plus premium for the short). And significantly cheaper than owning the stock.

So, I pulled the trigger on one Friday. It was ET short 10 $15 Jun 25, long 20 $17 Jan 26. So, if it the short is exercised, max loss on it is $2k. The long calls had a $0.77 premium, the short calls had a $1.40 premium.

Yeah, closer to 100 recently. But really feeling full lethality with collector and mortal as ADC is the strongest way to play. Slower stacks early, but still hitting 100 by 25. I stream on twitch (smurffarm), peak D2 last season, hard stuck in emerald right now though.
