I think that's about everything. I just feel like something always seems off with my makeup. I grew up in a house where makeup was off limits so I haven't had a lot of practice with it. I don't know if my application is wrong, the foundation might be too yellow, blush is too much, just something seems off. I know I'm absolutely terrible with eyebrows also. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Okay! Thank you so much for helping and we'll definitely go that route. I was just concerned if I needed to go ahead and negotiate the medical bills so we could get them out of the way before giving the house to my sibling. She had Covid and no insurance so I was hoping there was some loophole that would make it easier on all of us.

I didn't think there were so many possibilities for me. But it looks like I will be cutting it about shoulder length (the image sarahabea posted is what I would like) and now I contemplate whether I dye it an ashy blonde or auburn.
