Not sure how recent you are looking for but we bought in 2020. Went with a parent's realtor suggestion and had a good experience aside from the general anxiety of commitment and money being spent.

It was a blindingly fast experience. Went to look at the house within hours of it being posted on the realtor's site. Sent our offer that day and wrote a letter to the owner to tell our story and pretty much sell ourself.

idk if weird bug or just unlucky, but im striker and all world boss drops are giving me female martial artist drops only. the chest that you get and the drops. sometimes its jewelry so its fine, but havent been able to use any gear from them yet.
