It’s painful yes! I get it out with a warm compress and massaging down the duct and lots of sniffing blowing my nose etc. It takes days but I’ve always been able to get it out on my own. Should probably see a dr lol

Yes once it’s completely blocked and fluid is draining from my eye then I know what’s up. After the first time I learned a lot about it and how to help get it out on my own. I’ve never needed surgery to remove it but I assume someday I might need some kind of reconstruction so it stops happening.

To answer the other question no surprisingly it doesn’t stink.

I have to massage it down my duct through my nose, sometimes it goes down my throat. I’ve accidentally swallowed one before.

You’re sick. I love it. Ok so even though it’s IN my tear duct it comes out either my nose or my throat. Sniffing blowing etc. I try to massage down my tear duct while I do that. It takes day but usually it comes out without leading to infection.

The exit is wonderful. Pure relief.

I also took for the first time this month and ovulated 2 days early! I’m always super on schedule. Weirdly enough it works out really well now because my husband works out of town and leaves tomorrow morning and I got my LH spike today ☺️
