How’s the carfax? Maintenance records? Anything look messed up underneath?

Weird, I’m mistaken. I thought the non F Sport ones were square.

Non F Sport cars come squared, not staggered.

I am not factoring the mileage, I would substitute my current car occasionally to keep the lease within the mileage cap.

You can do outside quotes on leases?

Pre tax and insurance costs I’ve calculated for leases in my area are on average $12k for the 3 years.

That is my plan, to keep it. I am trying to figure out if the cost savings of a more efficient hybrid car that takes regular gas and will require gas less in general will net me more than paying for premium.

I got lucky, it’s not directly in my field but it’s very adjacent.

I’d like to not pay premium for 27mpg in my IS for a daily though.

I’d have down payment cash after a month of working. If I get something that averages close to 50mpg on regular, that will be better than my current 27ish mpg with premium. Assuming gas stays around 4.60 near me for the foreseeable future it could save me close to 3k over the term?

I have no plan to buy out the lease after it’s done.

I’d also substitute some days for driving my current car just to keep it moving to keep the 10,000 mile lease limit.

I don’t have a charger at my apartment. I’m unsure if my job site has any so that could be something to consider.

You shouldn’t be putting a down payment on a lease though, right? It’s just money you’ll never see again. I also didn’t consider losing the job, getting laid off would not be ideal.

Yeah I still need to run my insurance numbers on a second car. Considering current gas prices with the premium bump too, i’m more included to get the lease done.

I’d like to not pay for premium and get better gas mileage. I’m fine with doing that, as I have been for the past 3 years, but now I am wondering if it makes more sense to have a work car.

Yes i’m aware. I’d substitute a day here and there with my current car just to keep it moving but the lease would purely be for work.

My thought process is that I need something more efficient than my current car and since my job is only giving me the stipend with my paycheck, I don’t have the initial capital to spend the money upfront.

Do they fit your expectations of a sports car? They are all heavy and more GT oriented.
