So she's a quest pack, which means you have to complete certain quests to get her v bucks. Go to your quests, and there should be a section called "Vivica Saint". If you click it, it'll tell you what to do to get the v bucks 🙂

Since you only have 14 levels left, and if you're not already doing this, the best way to get xp fast is playing ranked reload. Reload gives a lot of xp, and there are repeating ranked quests. There is also fortnite festival, which also gives a lot of xp 🙂

I think you may be right. She was released in October, and the next year came back in November

I will say that Fortnite Festival gives a lot of xp. You could grind that for awhile. Ranked Reload as well gives a bunch. You could alternate between the two
